We give you the opportunity to relive your event and pass those memories to everyone special in your life, even if they weren't able to attend the event. How it worksFlanagan Productions will delivery fully printer order forms to your organization several months prior to the event. These forms should be sent home to the parents at least twice during this time. As the dance school, you may chose to collect the order forms yourself or let Flanagan Productions take care of it for you. After the event, Flanagan Productions will either mail the DVDs directly to those who ordered, or deliver them to your studio for distribution. We will then drop off your commission on sales, depending on the number of DVDs purchased. We would be happy to accomodate your requests, just let us know.
The ProductionFlanagan Productions offers dance reciatl videogaphy with one or two high definition cameras. As the dance school, you have the option to chose from traditional "cutting" between the shots or split screen "superimposed" where all students are on screen at the same time. You may also chose a one camera productino to save the parents money. On the day of the recital, Flanagan Productions will connect directly to your DJs sound system to ensure the clearest possible audio. We will tape the students back stage, and set up our cameras in the best possible angles to ensure a great DVD.
How much it costsThere is never any cost to the dance studio. We offer very flexible pricing structures based on your requests and needs. Pricing starts at $25 per DVD and goes to $40 per DVD for a multi-camera shoot. Please contact us for exact pricing information based on your recital.

School Events
School Events
How it worksThe entire process is extremely simple for schools and parents taking on the responsibility. There is also no cost to the organization.Flanagan Pproductions will send your school pre-printed order forms to be distributed to the parents prior to the event. Order forms may either be collected by the organization, a parent, or sent directly to us and only those wishing to order a DVD has to pay. There is no obligation to purchase. Duruing the event, we may set up a table and sell right at the event for parents who may have forgotten to send their form. Within 2-8 weeks after the event, Flanagan Productions will deliver the DVDs and, if our sales goals are exceeded, a donation check for the organization. The school will always get a free copy of the DVD and there is never any upfront costs.

How much it costsThere is never any up front cost to the organization. Price per DVD is determined by the event type and estimated number of participants. Our prices range from $20-$30 per DVD. For example, A winter concert with 100 participants would cost $20 per DVD plus tax. An event such as a musical with 50 participants would cost $25 per DVD. For an exact quote, it is best to contact us and we would be happy to help you. There is a $500 minimum per event. If our sales minimum is exceeded, the school will receieve a donation of $5 for each DVD sold in excess of the minimum. Our pricing structure is so that this minimum is normally met or exceeded, but if the minimum is not met, we may cancel the production and refund all purchases. The organization may also chose to purchase the balance to ensure that the production takes place. These DVDs may be sold by the organization after the event.
